Cancellation and Refund Policy

Notification of Cancellation:
  • In the event you need to cancel tour/travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reason(s), we must be notified of the same in writing.

  • The date we receive your written advice will be the effective date for calculating cancellation charges.

Standard Cancellation Charges:

Cancellation charges are applied based on the number of days before the commencement of the tour or services:

  • 45 days prior to travel: 10% of the Tour/service cost will be forfeited.

  • 15 days prior to travel: 25% of the Tour/service cost will be forfeited.

  • 07 days prior to travel: 50% of the Tour/service cost will be forfeited.

  • 72 hours prior to travel OR No Show: No Refund (100% forfeiture of total cost).

Explanation
  • Working Days: Written cancellations are accepted on all working days, Monday through Saturday. Any cancellation sent on a Sunday or public holiday will be considered received on the next working day (Monday or the next business day).

  • Peak Season: For specific peak periods, such as the Christmas and New Year period (20 Dec to 05 Jan), all payments are non-refundable due to high demand and strict hotel/vendor policies during that time.

  • After Commencement: If you cancel the trip after it has already commenced, any potential refund will be restricted to a limited amount, entirely dependent on what funds we can recover from our third-party hoteliers/contractors.

  • Unused Services: We do not bear any responsibility to refund costs for unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation, missed meals, or any other unused services.

  • Wildlife Safaris: All wildlife safaris booked into Indian National Parks/Sanctuaries are strictly non-refundable. Due to park regulations, even requests for a date change are treated as a full cancellation, and no payment will be refunded or adjusted.

  • Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 21 working days from the date of receiving the written cancellation notice.
