Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event you need to cancel tour/travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reason(s), we must be notified of the same in writing.
The date we receive your written advice will be the effective date for calculating cancellation charges.

Cancellation charges are applied based on the number of days before the commencement of the tour or services:

45 days prior to travel: 10% of the Tour/service cost will be forfeited.
15 days prior to travel: 25% of the Tour/service cost will be forfeited.
07 days prior to travel: 50% of the Tour/service cost will be forfeited.
72 hours prior to travel OR No Show: No Refund (100% forfeiture of total cost).

Working Days: Written cancellations are accepted on all working days, Monday through Saturday. Any cancellation sent on a Sunday or public holiday will be considered received on the next working day (Monday or the next business day).
Peak Season: For specific peak periods, such as the Christmas and New Year period (20 Dec to 05 Jan), all payments are non-refundable due to high demand and strict hotel/vendor policies during that time.
After Commencement: If you cancel the trip after it has already commenced, any potential refund will be restricted to a limited amount, entirely dependent on what funds we can recover from our third-party hoteliers/contractors.
Unused Services: We do not bear any responsibility to refund costs for unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation, missed meals, or any other unused services.
Wildlife Safaris: All wildlife safaris booked into Indian National Parks/Sanctuaries are strictly non-refundable. Due to park regulations, even requests for a date change are treated as a full cancellation, and no payment will be refunded or adjusted.
Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 21 working days from the date of receiving the written cancellation notice.
