Liabilities & Limitations

Price Escalation & Taxes: Tour costs are finalized based on current rates. Any hike in entrance fees, museum/monument charges, government taxes (GST), fuel costs, or guide fees mandated by the Govt. of India after finalization will be charged as extra to the client.

Itinerary Flexibility: All itineraries are sample schedules provided for general guidance. Factors such as weather conditions, road closures, physical ability of participants, or group size may necessitate itinerary changes before or during the tour.

Safety & Well-being: We reserve the absolute right to modify any schedule in the interest of participant safety, comfort, and general well-being.

Rate Fluctuations: Rates are based on prevailing negotiations with third-party providers (hotels, airlines, etc.). These entities reserve the right to modify prices without notice. In such cases, we reserve the right to adjust our quotes accordingly.

Hotel Policies: Booking terms follow the standard check-in and check-out times of respective hotels unless otherwise specified in your itinerary.

Exclusion of Liability (Force Majeure): We are not responsible for delays, alterations, or additional expenses incurred—directly or indirectly—due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, transport/machinery breakdown, sickness, landslides, political closures, or "Acts of God".

Personal Loss & Injury: We are not liable for any injury, loss of life, or damage to property resulting from fire, war, civil disturbance, strikes, thefts, epidemics, or medical/customs regulations.

Travel Insurance Requirement: We do not provide insurance for accidents, sickness, or theft. It is mandatory for visitors to obtain comprehensive travel insurance in their home country covering the entire duration of the tour.

Baggage Responsibility: All personal property and baggage remain the sole responsibility and risk of the client at all times.

Documentation & Visas: It is the client's responsibility to maintain valid travel documents (Passport/Visa, Driving license, Vehicle Insurance Etc ). We are not liable for any loss resulting from document rejection by authorities.

Payment & Booking: A contract exists only after full payment is received.

Please Note:
We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather.
